These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the entity operating the 8ubd platform ("8ubd", "we", "us") and any person who uses the 8ubd website or related services ("user", "you").

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; depositing ৳18,000 or more earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳28,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, a 15x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be met. Example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus requires a total of ৳18,000 in bets before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus amount.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Bonuses cannot be used simultaneously — a new bonus cannot be activated while one is already active.
• Winnings from a bonus require the wagering condition to be met before withdrawal.
• 8ubd reserves the right to end any promotion or change its terms at any time.
• If any fraudulent activity in connection with a bonus is proven, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.1 Game Operations

8ubd's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Progression to a higher tier is at 8ubd's discretion and is determined based on regular gaming activity. 8ubd reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.
